Licenced supply of wine is via electronic communication and mail order.
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence for a licensee to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor from another person.
CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND SALE
By accessing this website you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age.
By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part, you must not use this website.
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Vintages and prices are subject to change without notice and are quoted in Australian dollars plus GST. Freight, if applicable, is an additional charge.
Orders can be delivered to Australian addresses only.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
We do not provide an automated payment facility via this website.
Upon receipt of your order we will contact you within 48 hours via phone or email to advise and confirm:
- - The availability of the wines you have ordered.
- - The cost of freight, if applicable. Freight rates can be viewed here.
- - Your payment method and details. (Please note that we do not hold credit card details on file. These details will need to be provided for each order you place.)
- - Your delivery details, including any special delivery instructions.
- - The anticipated timeframe for delivery, and courier / consignment details.
Credit Card transactions will appear on your statement with the vendor name “KINCOURT PTY. LTD.”
Orders will not be dispatched until we have received confirmation of payment in full.
DAMAGED AND FAULTY WINES
Breakages: Every effort is made to get your order to you in perfect condition. Very occasionally accidents may happen and if you receive your order and one or more bottles are broken, please contact us within seven days. We will issue you with a credit or replacement/substitute bottle(s).
“Corked” / Faulty Wines: Pinot NOW will provide a refund or replacement of a wine deemed to be faulty. In order to assess the problem we need to have access to most of the contents of the bottle, with its original cork or cap, within 48 hours of the opening of the bottle.
